Skin contains 20% of the total water content of the body. Hydrated skin with normal moisture balance is smooth, soft and flexible, whereas, dehydrated skin appears dry, itchy and dull due to loss of moisture. Skin maintains its moisture through a set of naturally present elements, often referred together as NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factors). Ceramides, hyaluronic acid, saccharides and various fatty acids are important components of NMF, which are impaired in dry skin conditions. Formulated for dry skin Re'equil Ceramide & Hyaluronic Moisturiser is enriched with ingredients that act as supplements to the impaired NMF elements. Ceramide III strengthens the skin's natural lipid barrier, whereas hyaluronic acid acts as a moisture magnet and prevents Transepidermal water loss. The mango butter's emollient action helps boost skin's defense mechanism, while providing relief from itching and inflammation. Regular usage of the moisturiser maintains proper skin hydration, while creating a protective barrier over dry skin.

Re'equil Ceramide & Hyaluronic Moisturiser is formulated specifically for dry skin. The ceramides present in this formula acts as natural moisturizer, and provides a barrier that prevents the skin from dehydration. Ceramides are basically lipids (aka fat molecules) which are used to replenish the natural lipids lost from exposure to harsh environmental factors, use of drying products and during the natural aging process. Whereas, hyaluronic acid is considered a star skincare ingredient that not only plumps and moisturizes the skin, but also softens the appearance of fine lines
