Delivery Procedure

 We confirm that the products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.

The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you if they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay due to a public holiday, natural disaster, strike, lock down or any unexpected natural calamity.

For all orders below Rs.999, placed in India, a shipping fee of Rs.70, is applicable

 

International Shipping

To get the product, customers must pay the shipping charges, customs charges, import taxes as applicable and other charges as may be required under applicable law which will be collected on the Website and thereafter paid to the authorities in the applicable jurisdiction by Rivpra Formulation Private Limited.

 

Packaging Details

We put our products in cartons that have been secured in a paper wrap. We take great pride in the caliber of our packaging and we take best endeavors not to use plastic.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive a sms from delivery partner and WhatsApp on mobile number provided by you at the time of placing order from siyara w.r.t shipping, transit and final delivery.

 

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business working days and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event.

If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.

 

Shipments

You acknowledge that one order with more than one product may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations.

 

Products not eligible for return

The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances:

● Returned packs that have used product, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories; and
