3.2. Siyara Beauty accepts the offer only on dispatch or shipment confirmation via email or SMS. No contract exists before that confirmation.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
5.1. Products are shipped via third-party logistic providers. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
5.2. Risk and title in the Products pass on successful delivery as per the delivery address provided by you.
5.3. Multiple delivery attempts may be made. Unclaimed packages may be cancelled and refunded as per refund policy.
6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
6.1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation at no charge.
6.2. Returns are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched Products within specified return windows.
